  • Order Cancellation & Changes

    Orders can only be cancelled or modified before they are shipped.

    If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it so we can assist you before processing begins.


    Shipping and Delivery Expectations

    Refunds and returns will not be entertained while the order is in transit. If you have any questions about the delivery status, or if your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us.

    If your order is misplaced or lost during transit, we will issue a full refund or reship the order, depending on your preference.

    Unsatisfied or Change-of-Mind

    If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 45 days of delivery, and we’ll work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, this may include a partial refund.

    Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind or general dissatisfaction. In most cases, the product will remain with you while we resolve your concern.

    Defective or Damaged Glasses Policy

    We accept claims for defective or damaged glasses within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible, the product must show a genuine manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit.

    To support your claim, please provide clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue. Once your claim has been received and approved, we will request the item to be returned along with the original packaging and all included accessories, and will then dispatch a replacement pair or issue a full refund, according to your preference. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

    Rejected Orders

    Rejected, refused, or undeliverable orders may incur restocking fees and return shipping costs. Any applicable fees will be deducted from the customer’s refund.
