We accept claims for defective or damaged glasses within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, the product must show a genuine manufacturing defect or damage incurred during transit. Issues caused by misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery are not covered. To support your claim, clear photos or videos demonstrating the issue will be required. Once your claim has been received and approved, we will request the item to be returned and will then dispatch a replacement pair or issue a refund, according to your preference. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Please note: Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.
